  This service is done on a regular massage table, with oils, a tall stool, stable bars overhead, and a blend of therapeutic hand and feet techniques.  An effective massage method for light or deep pressure massage.

  The simplicity of complementing services coming together, truly a body treatment for unfolding 3 layers of tension: body, mind, and soul. Each 90 minute session offers: somatic healing movements, assisted stretching, yogic pranayama, massage, nidra (guided deep relaxation) and meditation.  Allow yourself to escape and be eased into stretches, guided into breath and body awareness during a grounding therapeutic massage.  Sessions are done on a floor cushion with blankets and bolsters. No oil is used and guest wears loose comfortable clothes.
