Rachel embarked on her massage therapist journey after graduating from New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2014. She brings her experience as a massage therapist and background in spa management together for a quality experience of general wellbeing to her clients. For the past nine years she has offered a fusion of Western and Eastern modalities including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Reflexology, Polarity Therapy, Thai, and Stone Massage. She deeply intuits the needs of the individual and applies a fusion of these therapies to help her clients balance, unwind, and relax.
Katy Ann's educational background: 1500 hours in Massage Therapy training which include: Associate in Science Degree in Bodywork, Ashiatsu, and Master Reiki Certification. She is also a Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher (KYT200), and a Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) with an accumulation of 1000 hours and 30 years of teaching mindful movement. She has taken continuing education classes in Ashiatsu, reflexology, prenatal massage, sports massage, and Thai Massage.
Her personal experiences: Katy Ann deeply enjoys freedom of movement in her body. She studied shaolin kempo karate for 15 years and dabbled in kung fu. She loves to hike, camp, backpack, kayak, and enjoys solitude. She has been practicing meditation, pranayama, martial arts, and asana for over 30 years and considers this her life path.
