- $30 and up for 75 minutes yoga-massage combo, yoga therapy, yoga privates/groups
- $75 and up for 75 minute bodywork of any kind
- $25 and up for extending a 75 minute session up to 30 more minutes

Traditional Bodywork and Energy Healing
deep tissue massage utilizes deep pressure and neuromuscular techniques to help unlock muscle tension, reducing muscular pain, improve posture, and enhancing circulation.
swedish massage is a lighter form of massage using long flowing strokes to enhance circulation, relieve tension, and soothe tired muscles.
reiki an ancient form of energy work that brings balance to the body and promote healing. Gentle, soothing and helps heal concerns at a deep level. Katy Ann is Certified as a Reiki Master.
reflexology
works specific points on the feet which correspond to different areas of the body, balancing whole body’s energy flow.
Other Bodywork Practices
yoga massage combo the simplicity of complementing services coming together, truly a body treatment for unfolding 3 layers of tension: body, mind, and soul. Each 75 minute session offers: somatic healing movements, assisted stretching, yogic pranayama, massage, guided deep relaxation and meditation. Allow yourself to be eased into stretches, guided into breath and body awareness during a grounding therapeutic massage. Sessions are done on a floor cushion with blankets and bolsters. No oil is used and guest wears loose comfortable clothes.
barefoot massage can be light to deep pressure. Katy Ann uses a combination of her feet, arms, hands for a therapeutic session tailored to the clients needs.Extended Session Options

Yoga Therapy and Relaxation - open to individuals and small groups
guided deep relaxation /yoga nidra (deep sleep) Immerse yourself completely in this distinct style of relaxation. This is a deeply penetrating form of relaxation and an experience that is incomparable. Can be done alone or as a part of another bodywork session. Deep relaxation in of itself has profound healing benefits on all the body's systems.
guided meditation and/or private yoga sessions
Learn simple shifts in your daily routine to help imprint your mind body and soul. Private meditation and yoga sessions are tailored to the individual and can include: postures for relaxing, stretching, and strengthening body, breathing practices for balancing energy, affirmations for settling mind and emotions, and meditation for centering the soul.
gentle flow yoga followed by guide breathing
for rejuvenation and silent meditation. Take a step back from stress and connect to the spaciousness of movement and breath. The session will end with a tranquil breathing and meditation practices for uplifting energy and spirit.
yin yoga is a deeply penetrating form of stretching and relaxation done seated or lying down. Allow your stress to naturally melt away while you stretch and rest in perfect stillness. Setting a fresh new foundation for your nervous system during a calming class open to all levels. Relax, refresh, and celebrate life!
