a few ways to begin again

Watch the sunrise as often as you can, it is always unique and a great way to start the brand new day.  Make one promise to yourself for the day. 

Create a simple morning routine and stick to it.  It doesn't matter if it is 5 minutes or 30... pause every morning and set an intention for the day to bring you love, light, growth, and healing.

Watch the sunset, find closure in a busy day, reflect on ways tomorrow will bring a new beginning.   Recite 3 things you feel good about from your day.

Struggling?  Ask for help, take time with family and friends, share, communicate, sit down, meditate, get your body moving in anyway that feels therapeutic!
